Best IVF Centers is a fertility matching website, not a clinic. This notice explains the matching form.
When you submit the matching form, we collect name, mobile number, city, treatment of interest, and age band. Optional fields are how long you have been trying, previous IVF (yes/no), and preferred language. We also store the page you came from and any UTM tags in the URL.
We do not collect AMH values, semen reports, ultrasound files, or any medical file. There is no report upload on the matching form.
We use this information to understand your needs and to match you with one registered fertility clinic. With your consent, we share your details with that one clinic only. We do not sell your information to multiple clinics.
If you consent, we share your details with one fertility clinic so they can call or message you. We do not operate a directory and do not send your details to multiple clinics.
If a lead is marked Sold, your information stays locked to that clinic for 90 days so we cannot resell the same phone. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your enquiry by writing to the WhatsApp number on this site.
You must provide consent before we share your details. You may refuse. Without consent we cannot match you. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
